Graphic Arts Lab

Critical color interpretation at this graphic arts design firm requires daylight. A mixture of SunPipes are used: 13" in background and 21" in foreground... their ideal solution.

Municipal Garage

This municipal Garage has twice as much light as it did prior to installation of these SunPipe-21's. Notice the 5 X 6 skylight. Old and discolored, it contributed no usable light. Motion sensors and a timer control the fluorescents, and the mercury vapor lamps are manually controlled.

Office

47 SunPipe-13's with diffuser domes recessed into "light shafts" (not recommended) illuminate this office. Sun Pipe Company worked closely with Pacific Gas & Electric on this job, which included controlled / dimmable T8 fluorescent lamps which react to the SunPipe's output.
